An earthquake shakes Milan: a throbbing serpent of young people surges through the city shouting &#8220;Free Palestine.&#8221; Every step makes the earth tremble; a wave hungry for change radiates through the Milanese ring roads, sparking outrage among the bejeweled high-society ladies and fear in the police. There are clashes; a few shop windows are smashed. At the head of the march is <strong>Teppistella<\/strong>, this nearly eighteen-year-old idealist, ready to throw hands to defend the weak, wherever they may be in the world.<br\/>And there she is, half an hour later, heading toward my place and coming to meet me.    <\/p>\n\n<p>I see her arriving in the distance. Blue flared jeans, a sweatshirt tied at her waist, a peace flag wrapped like a tunic across her chest. Her face is blackened from the clashes. And in her hand, a pole twice her height, reading &#8220;Free Palestine.&#8221;<br\/>The Attila of North Milan, terror of window-dressers and despair of police marshals, recognizes me and smiles at me\u2026 <strong>shyly<\/strong>. Every time she looks at me\u2026 she melts! She looks like a cute penguin. This is the power of <s>love<\/s>: turning even Stalin into a kitten. But she can&#8217;t show it, she can&#8217;t give me the satisfaction, she has to be tough and strong. If I even try to start saying the word &#8220;<s>Love<\/s>,&#8221; she vanishes for an entire day. That&#8217;s why I have to <s>cross out<\/s> the word. If I tell her I care about her, even worse, she disappears for a week.           If I try to give her a gift, she blocks me for a month!<br\/>With her, you have to play it cool, pretend to be indifferent, because she can&#8217;t accept that someone could truly care about her. She doesn&#8217;t trust it, she doesn&#8217;t believe it, she doesn&#8217;t want to get her hopes up for yet another person who&#8217;s supposed to look after her but hurts her instead.<br\/>She immediately pulls herself together, gives me a quick kiss, and starts\u2014hyped up\u2014recounting the incredible battle just won. A modern-day Che Guevara, she only lacked a cigar in her hand to fully inhabit the role of the revolutionary intelligentsia.<br\/>Tonight I had promised I&#8217;d take her out. But from trampling over helpless police officers, she&#8217;s destroyed her shoes. Distracting her with questions about guerrilla techniques, I manage to trick her into standing in front of a shoe store. She finally convinces herself to get a small heel, the cheapest one there is, costing about a pizza and a half, because heaven forbid she accepts a gift lightly. It would mean owing something, being tied down&#8230; and freedom is her existential signature.<br\/>We head toward my loft and distinguished fifty-year-olds look at us with sympathy, expressing solidarity. They think: &#8220;What a great dad, taking his daughter to the protest!&#8221;. Inside, I realize I need to stop dating the very young and settle for more seasoned 25-year-olds. But up there, on High (from North America), Leo looks at me and smiles. She&#8217;s exhausted but thrilled to finally go out with me on a real date. We met on Tinder months ago; we&#8217;ve seen each other a few times in bits and pieces, brief encounters, usually in public. She&#8217;s young, I take it slow with her. She might be Che Guevara, but she&#8217;s a Che Guevara who&#8217;d break like a breadstick, as tender as canned tuna from the commercials.    <br\/>This is our first night out. So, despite being worn out from 30 kilometers of protesting and urban struggle, she gets ready, hopping around for our <em>date<\/em>. She wipes off the guerrilla camo makeup and showers to wash away the dirt and the memory of the batons. She steps out of the bathroom, covered only by a towel.    I look at her.<br\/>How fucking hot is she. She shines like a moonbeam on a dark night.<br\/>With those light eyes, somewhere between cerulean and gray, deep like the Blue Lagoon in Comino. A sincere smile that, when it opens up, glows with warmth and energy.<br\/>Calabrian height but Russian curves. (Yes, she also has Eastern European roots, and every now and then an inner soul comes out that isn&#8217;t Milanese at all. When she gets pissed at her brother or the dog, she starts off in Russian, and on the other end of the phone I think: she&#8217;s sexy even when she&#8217;s screaming in Cyrillic. Maybe especially when she&#8217;s screaming in Cyrillic.)<br\/>I&#8217;m in love with Teppistella&#8217;s breasts. They defy the laws of gravity. They are breathtakingly beautiful. They are her secret weapon against me: sometimes the difficulty of meeting her, her mood swings, and her shifts in interest weigh on me too much and I\u2026 cool off. In those cases, she immediately sends a video with her tits out. I know perfectly well she&#8217;s manipulating and using me. But I love those breasts too much and I return to her like a moth to the flame that will burn it. And as I scan the edges of the towel, I notice that Teppistella has a wonderful chest, the most beautiful, on par with Porcelain Doll&#8217;s.<br\/>There, in my opinion, the most faithful representation of paradise is my face resting in the softest place to put one&#8217;s nose: between the tits of Porcelain Doll and Teppistella. The blonde and the brunette caressing me as I fall asleep, sucking on both their nipples.<br\/>God, after a minute it would become the definition of Hell, knowing how those two would beat the living crap out of each other. Teppistella plays Sherlock Holmes.   Every time I post a story in a new place\u2014and I post them, because Il Magnifico is many things, but discreet isn&#8217;t one of them\u2014she analyzes the frame to see if there&#8217;s female competition, with a forensic precision that would make the CSI envious.<br\/>Her: &#8220;Always with some girl, huh!&#8221;<br\/>Me: &#8220;How would you know?&#8221;<br\/>Her: &#8220;You can see it in the video.&#8221;<br\/>Me: &#8220;But <em>where?<\/em>&#8220;<br\/><strong>Her:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;There are boots.&#8221;<\/em><br\/><strong>Her:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;And the bag.&#8221;<\/em><br\/><strong>Her:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;And now a coat.&#8221;<\/em><br\/><strong>Me:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;Bathrobe.&#8221;<\/em><br\/><strong>Her:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;1+1 makes two, and changing the order doesn&#8217;t change the result.&#8221;<\/em><br\/>The commutative property of addition applied to jealousy. At school she probably sleeps through math, but when it comes to unmasking my female acquaintances, she becomes Archimedes of Syracuse with a magnifying glass.<br\/>Another case, 2025-12-07, the day after posting a story with a model: <br\/><strong>Me:<\/strong> <em>Hey beautiful, I miss you!<\/em><br\/><strong>Her:<\/strong> <em>Why don&#8217;t you go to your model!<\/em><br\/><strong>Me:<\/strong> <em>Let&#8217;s talk later<\/em><br\/><strong>Her:<\/strong> <em>Look, there&#8217;s nothing to talk about<\/em><br\/>Teppistella&#8217;s jealousy is never declared. It&#8217;s always disguised: the girl &#8220;is on drugs,&#8221; the model &#8220;go to her,&#8221; the bullshit needs to stop. She never says &#8220;I&#8217;m jealous.&#8221;   She says things that MEAN &#8220;I&#8217;m jealous&#8221; but allow her to deny it if confronted.<\/p>\n\n<p>And jealousy is the weapon she uses to gauge my interest. At her first sign of insecurity, out come the police marshals, improbable suitors 12,000 km away. Last time I made the mistake of inviting her over while I was still setting up the wall with AI images of the blog girls. Her picture, the biggest of all, hadn&#8217;t arrived yet. So she walks into the house and sees all these girls hanging up. She doesn&#8217;t see her picture hanging. She pretends not to notice.<br\/>The next day she cools off, reactivates her Tinder profile, geolocates herself on my street (1 km away), puts a photo of us together among her profile pictures, and confesses in her bio that she has a weakness for marshals\u2026 How can you not find that sweet?       \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n<p>I confess that I like making her jealous. She deserves it: I could be hers, all she&#8217;d have to do is reach out her hand and take me\u2026 but she has her issues that make it emotionally complex for her every time we meet. Oh, Little Rebel, come on! Buy a nice ring, get down on one knee, and propose to me. Give her a remote, a song at least 70 years old, and there she is singing at the top of her lungs. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My relationship with her<\/h2>\n\n<p>Teppistella is the only person in the world with whom, not even for a second, an ounce of Il Magnifico comes out. Every attempt to impress her falls flat. She doesn&#8217;t want Il Magnifico, but Paolo the bullshitter. The one who teases her, who makes her laugh, who makes her think &#8220;how can this guy who&#8217;s always talking nonsense be in his 40s!&#8221; She brings out my most playful side.<br\/>I care about her and\u2014given the age difference\u2014it comes naturally to me to try to help her, give her advice, solve her problems. But no, she always has to appear super adult and independent with me.<br\/>Let&#8217;s just say Teppistella isn&#8217;t used to someone taking care of her. She has her problems, half of which would be enough to make an ordinary person wallow in self-pity. And yet, her only focus is\u2026 worrying about others.       <br\/>She&#8217;s a born leader: if someone is in need, she&#8217;s already there taking care of them. She cares for and protects her little brother like a mother, manages and looks after her mother, takes charge of her aunt, and is the point of reference for friends and relatives. She&#8217;s the kind of person who, if she sees someone on the street in need, steps in. Not only that, if she&#8217;s short on people to save, she gets interested in the most absurd and distant causes: Palestine, children starving to death, the discrimination of albinos in Burundi\u2026<br\/>You know it, I have a Florence Nightingale complex. But how can you be a nurse to someone who is a mix of Che Guevara and Mother Teresa?<br\/>Not surprisingly, the blog character that struck her the most is&#8230; <a href=\"https:\/\/tiredofboys.com\/en\/blue-tornado-the-right-tornado-at-the-wrong-time\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1826\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Blue Tornado<\/a>.<br\/>By day she studies; in the evening she works so as not to depend on anyone. She pulls an evening gown out of her worn-out backpack. Ninfetta starts texting.<br\/>Now, if you&#8217;ve read <a href=\"https:\/\/tiredofboys.com\/en\/that-time-i-acted-like-de-sica\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2569\">That Time I Pulled a DeSica<\/a>, you&#8217;ll remember that this date is squeezed in between a week with <a href=\"https:\/\/tiredofboys.com\/en\/tag\/nymphet\/\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"97\">Ninfetta<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/tiredofboys.com\/en\/piccolina\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2296\">Piccolina<\/a>. Ninfetta left for Germany just a few hours earlier. Let&#8217;s just say Teppistella always picks the worst time to meet up, right when my schedule is packed. And I&#8217;m willing to make some messy arrangements just to make room for her.<br\/>The problem is that this overlap violates the <strong>Cousin&#8217;s Law<\/strong> (basically, my wise cousin always says, &#8220;<em>always keep 24 hours between girls, because they&#8217;re trouble and they end up overlapping<\/em>&#8220;).    <\/p>\n\n<p>That massive selfish prick Ninfetta managed\u2014as usual\u2014to mess things up. Not only did she ignore my advice to leave a couple of hours early in view of an international strike. But she also missed the connecting train between the airport and home. She texts me that she&#8217;s stranded in a station in the middle of nowhere, on an almost empty train, among illegal immigrants and shady characters.<br\/>What am I supposed to do?<br\/>It annoys me, it&#8217;s a burden, but\u2014even though I&#8217;m with Teppistella\u2014I have to text, organize, buy tickets, coordinate.<br\/>You understand that this is devastating for a person who is convinced she doesn&#8217;t deserve enough love. Once the problem is solved, the evening continues pleasantly.<br\/>We go back home.<br\/>Couch.<br\/>Cuddles.<br\/>She melts.<br\/>I melt.<br\/>I want her.<br\/>We start kissing frantically and right at the best part, just as I&#8217;m about to release the Royal Bird&#8230; Ninfetta calls.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Oh for fuck&#8217;s sake, goddamn it, what a fucking disaster!<br\/>I answer.<br\/>I fix the emergency.<br\/>Teppistella smiles nervously, saying &#8220;<em>I&#8217;m tired from the protest, I want to go home.<\/em>&#8220;<br\/>I understand her.<\/p>\n\n<p>And well, months pass, many things have happened, we talk every day, we did a really fun escape room\u2026 but that moment is gone.<br\/>Will there be others?<br\/>Teppistella is elusive, who knows. Maybe it&#8217;s a chapter closing. Maybe a new book opening.
